What you should know about your first appointment

When and why did you last visit a dentist? If you are going to have x-rays taken during this visit, please bring  documents about your last visit with you.

If you have any systemic disease (such as heart, blood pressure, goiter, diabetes) and medications you take regularly (including aspirin), you should definitely notify us.

Please keep the names and phone numbers of your doctors who deal with these diseases with you to give us if we request them.

If you have special circumstances (such as pregnancy etc.) let us know.

If you have toothache:

1) When did the pain occur and how long has it been hurting for?

2) Which external factors (cold, hot, sweet, pressure) cause the pain to reappear?

3) Do you have swelling on your face?

4) Do you take any medication?

Please tell us the names of the medicine which you take.

What are your expectations from us?

Make sure to let us know your special expectations for aesthetic purposes during our interview. Let’s define your wishes and limits together.

Appointment Information

We know that everyone’s time is valuable. That’s why we serve by appointment.

Arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment will help us to avoid any disruption in the schedule of that day.

If you are late for an appointment for reasons beyond your control, a shorter treatment will be preferred at the time allotted to you. If the remaining time is not enough to finish any of your treatments, you will be given a new appointment for another day.

For an appointment you cannot attend, please call us one day in before the appointment at the latest. We do not wish to cancel or change an appointment on the day of the appointment. We would like you to know that if you do not come, we will have other guests visiting instead of you at that time.

Payment Information

At your first appointment, all your oral tissues and teeth are examined. The health of your tooth roots and jawbone is documented by taking a panoramic x-ray . If we find that you have a problem(s), a suitable treatment plan will be recommended to you.

If you wish, you will be informed about the estimated amount of expenditure you will make in accordance with the treatment plan proposed to you. It is preferred that the treatments such as cleaning, filling and shooting completed in a single session are paid on the same day.

In long-term and high-budget treatments such as ‘whole mouth rehabilitation’, each case has its own circumstances. For this reason, we recommend that you contact our accounting officer for the fee and the relevant payment plan. Agreeing on the payment plan before starting the treatment will ensure that our relationship is long-lasting and reliable.
